A New Chapter for Queensland Property Sales From 1 August 2025, a significant change has come into effect across Queensland's real estate landscape. Under the newly introduced Property Law Act 2023 (QLD), all sellers are now legally required to provide a completed Seller’s Disclosure Statement before listing their property for sale. This reform represents a major shift in how property transactions are handled, aiming to improve transparency, reduce contract delays, and ensure buyers have all the essential information upfront. So, what does this mean if you're planning to sell?
