Chris Foenander isn’t afraid to take calculated risks as it’s what he’s been trained to do best.

The former risk analyst is an expert in making comprehensive property decisions based on his wealth of sales experience originating from a decade working in the personal insurance industry.

Mr Foenander thrives on navigating clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Being an agent is so much more to Mr Foenander than simply collecting a pay check.

“The core drive and fuel for me is the emotional reward,” he said.

“I enjoy using my skills to guide people through the campaign, step by step, both emotionally and financially.”

Despite an accumulation of successful sales, complacency doesn’t factor into Mr Foenander’s demeanour.

“I’m always trying to understand how I can be better,” he said.

“That’s the big attraction.

“How can I help people understand the transaction process and rebuild their faith if they were taken advantage of in the past?

“It’s about understanding a client, their situation and putting actions in place.”

Mr Foenander will laugh, cry and yell with you.

“It’s not work, it’s a lifestyle,” he said.
