Set in a quiet South Maclean cul-de-sac, 28–34 Lorikeet Court offers the sort of room, flexibility and practical improvements that are getting harder to find. With a quality family home, extensive guest accommodation and an established farmstay business, it is well suited to buyers looking for space for the whole family, a home-based income stream or a lifestyle change with plenty of options.
Importantly, the owners have priced the property well below their original expectations to meet today’s market, creating genuine value for the right buyer.
The main residence is a five-bedroom brick home in excellent condition, with easy open-plan living and a huge country kitchen at its heart. There is plenty of space to gather with family and friends, while the shimmering inground pool is ready for cooling off on those hot summer days.
There is more accommodation here than you would usually expect. Alongside the main house is a separate three-bedroom dorm used for farmstay guests, with the business currently producing a strong income. A separate retreat gives teenagers, visitors or extended family their own space. In total, there are nine bedrooms across the property, providing flexibility for guests, staff, and multi-generational living.
For tradies, horse and animal lovers, collectors or anyone needing serious storage, the huge 17m x 9m shed is a standout. It is supported by a range of other sheds, outbuildings and yards.
You can enjoy the peace of a rural setting without feeling miles from everything. Flagstone and Jimboomba are an easy drive for shopping, schools, medical services, cafés, sporting facilities and day-to-day essentials. Brisbane and the Gold Coast are both readily accessible by road, making this a practical acreage option for buyers who still need to stay connected.
