Bayside homeowners enjoy a $1M increase in 12 months
6 Sentinel Court, Raby Bay, sold for a staggering $5.25m to a Sydney buyer half an hour before the first open home. Buying the home for $4.25m a year ago, the property owners were offered a million dollars more than they originally paid. REB Awards 2022 Finalist
Yet another win for the NGU team! NGU Real Estate was recognised as a finalist for ‘Major Independent of the Year’ in the REB Awards for 2022. This award recognises the major independent groups that have most effectively driven growth during the 2020–2021 financial year utilising a range of business development principles and tactics. Although we don’t do what we do for the awards, it is so gratifying to see all our hard work and determination continuously being noticed.
