More potential buyers took a look through these homes than any others

THESE are the homes more potential buyers looked at than any other in Queensland this week.

The most viewed property on realestate.com.au in the state was a luxury barn-style home at 34 Smiths Rd, Wights Mountain.

The four-bedroom home is listed for offers of more than $1,590,000 through NGU Real Estate. The restored original beams frame a home which has a library and separate office. It has extensive views of the surrounding forest and mountains. The home went through an 18 month restoration.

Meanwhile a five-bedroom home at 36 Solar St, Coorparoo was the second most popular home with would-be buyers this week.

The house, listed through James Curtain of Place — Bulimba, is next to parklands and a reserve.

It is on 698sq m of land.

Downstairs is a lounge and dining area, it has high ceilings and large windows.

Meanwhile third on the list was a fourbedroom home at 45 Hannam St, Wynnum listed for offers of more than $599,000.

It has city views. There are polished timber floors throughout the home, a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate preparation island.

The fourth most popular home this week was at 39 Fordham St, Wavell Heights.

The three-bedroom home is listed for offers of more than $875,000 through
Tristan Rowland of Place — Aspley.

The home has a study nook and there are two utility rooms downstairs which are being used as bedrooms.

A swimming pool is surrounded by sandstone pavers and a rear deck flows out to the backyard.

Rounding out the top five this week was 160 Universal St, Oxenford which is already under contract.
