A three-level house in Brisbane’s inner suburb of Fairfield has sold at a record highest price of any property along Brisbane Corso at $2.1 million.
The grand five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 120 Brisbane Corso, sold within just four weeks, with more than 100 groups viewing the property in that time.
NGU Real Estate chief executive Emil Juresic said the buyers had moved from interstate and could not resist the property after becoming interested in the area.

“THE BUYERS ARE A FAMILY FROM CANBERRA WHO HAVE MOVED TO BRISBANE AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE HOUSE, LOCATION AND NEARBY PARK,” Mr. Juresic said.

He said an aggressive marketing campaign is needed in order to sell properties such as this one, as there were a number of others for sale on Brisbane Corso.
“I knew we had to be aggressive … because there are a few properties for sale on Brisbane Corso.
“I knew it would be challenging … but we did have an amazing home on our hands.”
The futuristic residence is controlled by smart technology, and features a swimming pool, cinema, gymnasium and a three-car garage.
