A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at Daisy Hill has sold for $1.215 million after just one day on the market. It also broke the street record, selling for $160,000 above the street’s previous record residential price.
The property at 3 Lynette Way, in The Sanctuary Estate, was sold by NGU Real Estate’s Emil Juresic and Rachael Savic.
It also falls into Daisy Hill’s top 10 highest house transactions on record, according to Mr Juresic received three offers on the home within the first day of the property being listed “It’s the equivalent of selling a house in New Farm for $30 million,” Mr Juresic said.

“Our marketing campaign was aggressive. Within 24 hours of the house going on the market we had over 30 calls, inspections all day and three written offers.”

Mr Juresic said a local family purchased the property. “They wanted a bigger house and to be closer to work,” he said. “It’s a beautiful home in the best part of Daisy Hill and very close to John Paul College.
“A home of this quality, in this area, doesn’t come up very often.” The double-storey contemporary home is on a 1200sq m elevated allotment.

Standout features of the property include a floating timber staircase, polished timber floors and semi-frameless glass balustrades. There is also a triple-car garage with storage room.
