“We can control everything from our smart phone. We can open the gates from our smart phone, operate the lights, fans, and even irrigation systems.” Restored original beams frame a home which includes a library, media room and solar-heated pool.
Architect Dennis Cantwell renovated and extended the existing space assisted by builder Barry Kuenz of Loyalty Homes.
NGU Real Estate principal Emil Juresic has listed the property for offers over $1,590,000.
